I heard that it was brewed by combining two types of yeast in one tank. I found a bottle that was brewed in January and had been sitting for 6 months at a sake store... I was attracted by the label on the back and picked it up 🤗.
It has a light tang at the throat. The image of gorgeous fruit on the back label is a bit subdued. It is full-bodied, sweet, rich and mellow 😚.

A little bitterness at the end. It is an easy-drinking sake.
It has a dry taste at the end.
We enjoyed it with tomato and broccoli salad, lasagna, and pork miso soup.
