It was a delicious rice flavor explosion sake.
I liked it.
But I was "excited" to talk about something else while drinking it, so I'm not sure how I'd rate it.
Purchased on a trip to Nikko for the train on the way home. The aroma is honjozo-like, but it has a sweetness unique to nama-shu and is quite easy to drink. While drinking the sake, I was immersed in the memories of my trip.
The brewery has a cave, where the sake has spent the summer, so I had high expectations for this sake!
I didn't heat it up, but I think it tastes good that way too.
I didn't heat it up, but I think it tastes good too. I regretted it later 😓.
I drank it mostly at room temperature and found it refreshing and flavorful. It tastes so heavy that you don't feel the 14 degrees.
See you next year ❗️
Sake Day Also Sake from Tochigi
Sake from Tochigi Rikishi, where there is a cave brewery where we went on our summer vacation.
The summer sake was great, so I had high expectations!
I wonder if this one was aged in a cave.
Well, it was kind of watery and left an alcohol smell...not my favorite type 😭.
There are so many different types of sake from the same brewery!
