East Rikishi's Zuzu Trip Collaboration Bottle. I was actually planning to make a pilgrimage to Shimazaki Sake Brewery's Dokutsu Sake Brewery to purchase a bottle, but when I found out that they are only open on Saturdays and Sundays, I gave up and went by mail order 😓.
The reason why they are collaborating in the first place is because the Dokusu Sake Brewery itself appears in the film, and if you are on Amapura, you may feel like you have been there if you watch episode 5 of Zoushitabi 😌.
It's a classic type of sake, but with a great umami flavor, which is rare for me as a modern Taro. The temperature has been suddenly dropping lately, so I think it's even more important to drink it lukewarm.
