Checking in in Gifu Prefecture for the first time in a long time, Shirakawa-go purchased at a department store.
The name is Shirakawa-go, but the brewery seems to be in Ogaki, more than 100 km away lol.
It's a solid dry nigori sake.
It was a smooth and refreshing drink. 🙆♂️

I drank this sake for the first time in several years, thinking it would be as good as the menchikatsu. It was the thickest nigori sake I drank this year. I had to use a muddler at the end because it didn't mix well. I drank it on the rocks or with soda, but it was too sweet for me today.

Purchased at a supermarket in Takayama city.
The name is Shirakawa-go, but the brewery is located in Ogaki City😅.
It is a good combination of doburoku and amazake.
I have drunk doburoku from Shirakawa-go before, and I can tell you that the sweetness spreads after the sourness, so it is easy to drink, but it is also easy to get drunk.

Purchased a small bottle at a supermarket on a business trip. It has a little bit of aroma, is quite thick and creamy, and is easy to drink, but it's very thick. The 300ml was too much for me 😅I had it with some mackerel tataki and a guy I bought at the supermarket.
