I've been infected with the flu since last week (crying) and had a hard time getting my fever down, but finally recovered!
I had this for my recovery drink! This is a special order from "On a night like this..."! One of the gift boxes from Kawashima Sake Shop😄Nagano sake for sure!
The aroma is apple and grapefruit 😄The taste is dry sweet and slightly carbonated! The sweetness is dry and slightly carbonated! Then there is a hint of sourness and bitterness 😊The aftertaste is a bit firm. I feel more alcohol in it because it's been a while since I've had sake! I thought it was delicious, but the impression was a little strong.
I will continue to gradually rebibiliate sake in the future (lol).
Congratulations on recovering from the flu 🎊It was hard to keep the fever down 😞 Finally started sake rehabilitation with a special order of Nagano sake😊Let's take it easy and disinfect the alcohol slowly and gradually 😁.
Hi Sashi 😃
Abba 😫 on such a night... that was a tough flu night 😢.
I'm glad such a night is over and your fever is gone 😮💨
And on a night like this...make sure you enjoy the pleasure of drinking good sake 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😊I had the flu on a night like this (crying) it was tough (crying) but I'm glad it's better. I haven't had a drink for a while so I feel the taste of alcohol!
Good evening, Mr. Sashiu 🌙
I'm sorry to hear about your flu 🤒💦Having a persistent high fever is hard 😢The sake you chose for your recovery sake is Shinshu sake❣️ All Nagano sake is delicious 😋I'm still in rehab too! I'd love to guzzle it once I'm fully recovered🤣.
Good morning, Tsubu-chan ✨I had a hard time with the flu (crying) I'm much better now, but my strength is still not back to where it was before (crying) I'm making a lot of progress in rehab for my drinking (laughing)
I bought it at a local liquor store, opened it that day, and had it cold.
The liquor store recommended "On a night like this..." It seems to be by far the most popular sake in the series.
It has a strong impression of umami and acidity rather than sweetness. I served it with Satsuma-age (fried fish cake) and Senmaizuke (pickles), and it washed away the oily feeling of the Satsuma-age and was a perfect match.

Sake with a slightly carbonated, fruity texture, rich aroma reminiscent of apples and pears, and a good balance between moderate acidity and umami 🍶 It has a slightly bitter, grapefruit-like taste with a crisp finish 🍶.
