I like Yukichubai, but it is rare to find this special junmai, it has a calm appearance and depth, very tasty 😊.

Tonight we were going to have Japanese food, but we did not have any sake to go with it.
I went to a local liquor store and found a good bottle of sake, so I immediately bought it and enjoyed it with konnyaku dengaku (grilled konnyaku with miso paste).
It was my first time to drink it, and it was quite ordinary.
It is not as good as Hakkaisan, but I thought it was good for everyday drinking.

Yukinakubai. There were both heated sake and regular sake, but I tasted the limited sale at the venue. It was refreshing and tasty for a pure sake 😋.
We said we would come back later to buy some more and moved on.
We decided to take our time and have some more on the second week.
