The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (4)
Dewazakura's booth.
Iji-san wanted to drink Sakurabana Ginjo-shu for his study, so we went to the Dewazakura booth.
He seemed disappointed that we did not bring it this time.
◉Dewazakura Junmai Daiginjo 48 Yuki Megami
It has a nice aroma and a supple, clear flavor, but in my opinion, it has a bit of an aged depth to it.
Slightly sparkling Ginjo-nigori Nipporoku Nama-shu
I think it is made from Dewa Sanzu. The taste is dry and refreshing, with a strong orikarami flavor.
La France
A liqueur. The taste is very rich, just like La France itself. I told him that it was hard for me to finish it by myself, and he recommended that I try it with carbonated water or over ice cream.
◉Dodadadazu
Dodadazu is a liqueur, limited edition and most popular until October. An orchestra of various fruits: La France, apples, cherries, grapes, and peaches. The fruitiness is amazing.
The name is a play on the Osaka dialect, "Donnai Yanen".
As one would expect from Yamagata, a country known for its fruit. The fruit liqueur is also delicious.
This is a "Seijo-Ishii" limited edition sake made just in time for summer and fall 🍶.
Refreshing and refreshing aroma ✨.
Good balance of grape-like sweetness, rice flavor, and a hint of sourness 😉.
Gentle and refreshing taste 👍️
A bottle that is as harmonious as its name 🐱.
The first sake of the day.
It was hot and dull, so I started with something light.
As the name suggests, it was light!
It went in so smoothly that I was able to drink it without hesitation.
Grilled salt fish and 🐟🐟🐟🐟.
I watched a TV food reporter eating sashimi and calling out "Amai~" repeatedly. The lack of vocabulary is just too much.
It wasn't wartime, and I thought, "If you appreciate sweetness so much, just lick some sugar.
Now that I've finished spitting out my poison, let's have a drink. If you drink alcohol and spit out your poison, you are called a bad drunk, but if you drink alcohol after spitting out your poison, you are not a bad drunk (you have a bad character).
The first bubbly nigori in a while was bittersweet, sweet, and had a nice aroma. It had a nice sharpness, probably due to the addition of alcohol. This is how an arugula should be. It still seems to have the aftereffects of the Corona, so I can't taste the fine flavors and aroma, but I think it is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed by anyone.

Continued from the previous post by Mr.
Dewazakura sakurabana, which I've been seeing in Sake-no-wa a lot lately.
I found it!
Aromatic fruity sake
I drank this two years ago.
I used to drink Dewazakura at Ami in Sendai.
I saw on SNS that the sake taster, who has closed his store, won a prize again at this year's sake tasting competition in Miyagi Prefecture!
It was very encouraging to see him in such good health!
I'll be sure to ask him when I visit Sendai again, so let's have a drink at his place!
