Maruyasu gave us a great deal.
Classic ginjo sake with a sweet taste.
The alcohol is a little strong.
It is a well-balanced sake with an easy-to-drink sweetness and a not-too-heavy alcohol taste.
We enjoyed it with fried fava beans.

Dewazakura after a long time.
Over the weekend, I went home on a holiday-discounted highway and bought some local sake at a convenience store in the middle of the night: ☺️
Cherry blossoms, melon-like aroma, fruity and sweet, but also sharp.
It's kind of like Kiri-Tsukuba. I thought, and when I checked the yeast, I found out it is Ogawa yeast!
Since I learned that I can write it down in a photo, I've been missing time and missed posting it on sakénawa💦.
100% domestic rice "Dewa Sanzu" is used.
The sake has a refreshing, watery taste with a hint of sweetness 🍶.
The low alcohol content of 14 degrees makes it easy to drink 😊.
