The first Izuhazakura 🌸 fragrance fruity 🌸 sake rice "Snow Goddess" is new to me... sweet and bitter but clear and refreshing... doesn't interfere with food... delicious 😋♪ I'm having a little bit of it with shellfish 🐚 sashimi as a side dish 😋♪

(*sigh*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I haven't had Dewazakura in a while 😀. The aroma is mild and when you drink it, you can feel the flavor of the rice and it's mild 😋 then it goes through the nose. It's also very sharp. I've never had a Dewazakura before.
