Unlike Dewazakura's "Dewazanzan Birthday Commemoration", which is also made by Dewazakura, it tastes lighter when chilled. When the sake is cooled down to "chilled" temperature, the junmai-like character comes out, and I prefer this one.
Tonight is Cat's Day, so I will be drinking a limited edition set of four cat labels from the Dewazakura Sake Brewery, and I'll be heating up the sake, so I'll be drinking plain sake.
Well, the rice polishing ratio is 65%... it might be a little too much brewer's alcohol when heated lukewarm. Maybe.
If you raise the temperature and heat it up, it will be a little more square and tasty 😄.
Looking forward to the remaining 3 Junmai, Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo 😁.
My mother bought me a bottle of Dewazakura, which is only available in Yamagata, as a gift 🍶.
It was not a fruity sake, but a sweet sake with the flavor of rice.
