Rice used is something from Yamagata Prefecture
Since I started drinking sake, I have received this sake every year.
The impression from the beginning remains the same: fresh and with a moderate sweetness. It is fresh and has a moderate sweetness.
It was a stable taste. ❗️
At a local supermarket, I tried and bought two Yamagata sake that I was interested in. Dewazakura is a candidate for heated sake because it is a Yamahai. Tasted at room temperature, it was dry and sour. I knew it needed to be heated. When warmed, the sake is rounded and the acidity is nice and balanced. The aroma on the nose is nice. It's good.
I love this so much 🥰🥰🥰. Already...the moment I drank it, I was like 😍Heppoko's favorite one! Refreshing sweetness, refreshing acidity, crisp aftertaste and shwashy freshness👍👍.
This is mmmm 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴~ (first 🐴5 in a long time!) I'm not sure why the label is so different from the other ones.
For some reason, the label has cherry blossoms 🌸 and fireworks 🎆. Is it spring? Is it summer? I'm tempted to ask myself, "Is it spring or summer? It is a bottle that you should definitely stock in your refrigerator 🤗.
By the way, Tobiroku means muddy sake.
There were almost no photos from 4/29💦.
There should be a lot of 28~!
I picked up this bottle because of the name "Snow Goddess".
It is a junmai daiginjo produced by Dewazakura, which has been polished to 35% Yuki-No-Majin.
The word "supreme" is a perfect description of this sake, which is both beautiful and delicate.
When poured into a glass, a subdued and elegant aroma rose up.
In the mouth, a gentle umami flavor spreads softly from the clean, clear mouthfeel.
It is not flashy, but it is very smooth and has a beautiful lingering aftertaste.
It gives the impression of a quiet and peaceful mind after drinking.
I felt that this sake was the reason why Yamagata is called the "Ginjo Kingdom.
The suppleness and core charm of the carefully nurtured "Snow Goddess" sake rice was carefully expressed with the elegance typical of Dewazakura.
Souvenir sake from a trip to Yamagata🍶.
The aroma is like the flavor of rice, and the flavor spreads with a smooth mouthfeel. It has a lingering aftertaste with not much sharpness.
The smell is a little bit like sake, and when you put it in your mouth, you feel the alcohol, then a little bit of sake and rice, and then it fades away leaving a little bit of sweetness.
Dewazakura Honjozo Haru no Awasuki
Shiboritate Honjozo 720ml.
Crisp and dry,
Delicious, crisp and dry, with a nice sharpness and mouthfeel. ❤️
The light nigori (a little bitterness) is cooled down,
Irresistibly delicious. ❤️
This sake has a great cost performance: ☺︎
The top aroma is strong and fruity. When you drink it, it is a little sweet, slightly acidic, and has a pleasant bitterness that gives it a clear and crisp image. The aftertaste tastes of roses. It is mysterious and delicious. The aroma is fruity. It is good both on its own and during a meal. It went well with homemade deep-fried tofu and bonito tataki. I would like to try other Dewazakura as well.
My favorite!
Dewazan
