(*sigh*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I haven't had Dewazakura in a while 😀. The aroma is mild and when you drink it, you can feel the flavor of the rice and it's mild 😋 then it goes through the nose. It's also very sharp. I've never had a Dewazakura before.

Compare with Saku! Oh no, Inaroh is good! The rich umami flavor...I would drink too much of it! But I also love the fruity aroma of Saku-Minoda Mikuriya on the nose! The best today.

Year off for various reasons😅 I went to Ohbuchi-san in Hashimoto... I met the president for the first time in a really long time... Of course I bought his favorite sake 🍶‼️ Oh, he's so kind! Great food sake 🍶! Great sake that doesn't let anything get in the way 🍶! Sweetness, bitterness, spiciness and acidity well balanced without insisting on it. But delicious 😋. It will be the sake of my hometown Yamagata 🍶. Thank you 😊

Honu is the Hawaiian word for sea turtle. I missed the season by a long shot. I chilled it. Tropical aroma with a sharp taste. Gentle on the palate, with a cacao-like richness. The rounded acidity spreads gradually and the aftertaste is clean. Goes well with soaked salmon roe in soy sauce.
