This is served in the room during a trip to Tokyo.
It was a four-part bottle for 1,700 yen at Seijo Ishii.
It is rich and delicious.
The flavor of rice is alive.
Goes well with kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish).
A sweet aroma emerges from the moment the bottle is opened.
The taste is mild compared to the aroma, and I was able to continue drinking without getting tired of it.
Purchased at a mass retailer in Tokyo. Cup sake, served cold. Soft, fruity and fluffy at first sip, yet light and refreshing in a good way. Maybe recommended as an aperitif. Would it go well with Western food? Tonight with marinated salmon and coleslaw.
