It won a prize at the SAKE COMPETITION 2025, so I bought it 🍶.
It was 3rd place in the Junmai category 👏👏👏.
Fresh and slightly gassy. It has a fresh, slightly gaseous aroma, with a ginjo aroma and a summer grassy heady aroma. The sweetness is dry. It is delicious with moderate acidity and bitterness with a touch of umami. 😋😋😋😋
It is in the same category as Cho Oroku Gotsusei in my lineage. It is not as juicy as Cho Oroku Gotsusei, but it is a very tasty modern dry sake.
It was quite different from my impression of Ryuki which I drank before.
