What shall we drink today 🤔❓I chose this one for a fresh one to guzzle👍
Let's get started. The standing aroma is soft and sweet like fresh peaches, with a sourness reminiscent of lactic acid bacteria.
In the mouth, it has a juicy mouthfeel and a gassy feeling. The subtle sweetness and clean mouthfeel remind me of the clear streams that flow from autumn to winter 🏞️. The final taste is a slight bitterness, which gives it a clean, refreshing taste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku.
Serve with tonteki. The sweetness of the pork fat and the flavor of the meat enhance the sweetness and deliciousness of this sake.

Color: cloudy
Aroma: Sweet, honey-like aroma
Taste: Not as sweet as expected from the aroma.
Overall impression It is not bad, but the balance is not good. Does it have a good balance?
Enjoy the sourness! A sour aroma rises from the glass. The color is slightly yellowish, and the taste emphasizes the sourness of the sake as it looks. There is a sense of fermentation from the lactic acidity, which seems to be connected to the umami. It is easy to drink with a bit of sweetness in a sharp taste.
This is the new sake of Ryuki 🍶.
This is my first time to drink Ryuki.
The first aroma is fruity and sweet.
The sweetness of juicy rice and refreshing acidity on the palate.
It was fresh and delicious like a new sake.
Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My impression after drinking it)
It is made from high-class rice in the Ryuuki series. It has a slightly greenish color. The first aroma is a ginjo aroma like white peaches. In the mouth, it has an elegant sweet and sour taste that does not irritate the tongue. The body is neither thick nor thin. The sweetness lingers in the throat in the aftertaste. Compared to the Murayu, which was drunk at the same time, it seems to have a lighter taste. This is a very tasty sake on its own. We are happy to have met this rare sake.

Nagareki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Gohyakumangoku
I bought it at Ishidaya or at a liquor store that was having a tasting event.
Looking at the fridge, I remembered that I had been here once before.
I had it cold.
The top aroma is mild and slightly apple.
The color is almost clear, with a hint of ochre if you look closely.
It flows smoothly and has a rather hard mouthfeel.
The taste is just as I imagined it would be, with a firm, sharp acidity that is typical of Ihyakumangoku. There is also a slight citrusiness.
I thought it would be a bit fresher since it is a nama-shu, but it is surprisingly refreshing and sharp.
The acidity is refreshing, but the spiciness is a bit more pronounced than I expected.
