Miyazumi Meizou brewery, the brewer of Sharaku.
Even though I had something to do and visited near the brewery, I didn't have time to go through with it.
After that, I stopped by a liquor store in Niigata and bought it.
It was my first time to drink kijo sake, so I enjoyed the time I spent imagining the taste before opening the bottle.
Naturally, the alcohol was strong and the sake was deep, sweet, and delicious. It was also good that the alcohol settled down and mellowed out the day after opening the bottle.

I had my first Kitakata Ramen Bannai
I had grilled pork ramen at Kitakata Ramen Bannai for the first time. ✌️
The chashu pork on the noodle is so meaty and filling that you can't even see the noodle.
