Good encounter🙆🆗🍶.
Good evening, chika: ☺️
Ugh, I found this at my favorite liquor store today 🍶.
I wish I knew in advance 😭
I'll add it to my list of things to buy next year 😆.
I have to buy it 🤣.
Good evening, Yennomi 🤣👍.

If you like kijo sake, you must add it to your list of things to buy next year.
I'll have to add it to my list of things to buy next year 😆🍶🍶.
Déjà vu 🤣.
Aizu Miyazumi Daiginjo-shu for the sake competition
Slightly sweet, Kaoru-shu
The Joy of Sake New York 2025
Aizu Miyazumi Daiginjo was brewed during the coldest part of the year, using 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture and water from the Bandai mountain range, for the purpose of entering it in a sake competition.
Next, we will have Miyazumi 🍶.
I had an image of Kijo-zake as sweet, but this one has a slightly cemedine-like aroma and a peculiar taste.
On the palate, it has a unique sweetness and spiciness. I'm not a fan of cemedine, so it's not my personal favorite, but I think it gets milder and more drinkable as the temperature rises. Delicious✨
The mouthfeel is smooth, with a strong umami flavor.
I wonder if the slight bitterness in the aftertaste is a characteristic of Miyazumi?
It makes you want to take another sip!
Delicious!
Tonight, I opened a bottle of this one because I wanted to have a drink in the nighttime sleep-drinking mode 💁.
Aizu Miyazumi : Re Rivers ✨
An assemblage of three different sakes made with the support of Corona Disaster's restaurants.
The production date is R06.10, but I think it was shipped and brewed much earlier. The color is completely pink to orangey with an aged look, like a rosé wine or an orange wine 😳.
The taste is just like the impression of Tachiko, light and sharp acidity and fruitiness, bitterness on the back palate, and the finish is pleasantly tasty with alcohol and a voluptuous umami and dry taste 😋😋😋😋😋.
Already this is a wine that would be indistinguishable if served blind as a wine 🍷.
I bought this at my neighborhood Sawakiya.
When you open the cork, you are enveloped in a sweet fruity aroma. When you put the sake in the cup in your mouth, the sweet and juicy taste spreads in your mouth all at once, and it is very tasty and makes you drink more sake. It goes well with food, and the sake alone is also delicious, so you can easily drink too much.
Today's dinner 🍶
Continued from yesterday
Keiraku Junmai Ginjo Nagosake
As always, the aroma is calm, elegant and fruity.
Did I feel this much sweetness yesterday?
It is full of umami and sweetness, and has a matured taste.
It's clean and crisp, and the bitterness that comes later is a nice complement.
It's really delicious!
