I wonder if many of you are starting your summer vacation 🏖️ tomorrow❓I'm starting in the middle of next week, but I had an important break from work today, so the rest of the day is off mode 🤫.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a new one, but it's a good idea to have a new one! I like Collage, so I'm looking forward to seeing what Miyazumi has to offer 😁.
The explanation is that the Collage has a rich sweetness that is supported and accentuated by the acidity, while the Miyazumi has less acidity and a refreshing aftertaste and umami 🤔.

The aroma is banana and lactic acidic, and the mouthfeel is soft. The banana-like aroma is sweet with a full-bodied flavor that spreads from sweetness to umami 😍It also has a slight sharpness and finishes with a hint of bitterness 🍶.
On the second day, the sweetness becomes sharper and the sharpness stronger.
It's a very good wine, but it's not the best.
