There are a lot of sakes from Fukushima lately, but there are so many good ones that it can't be helped 🙄.
It has a strong sense of gas, silky nigorigo, and a perfect sense of rice. It is well-balanced without making you tired of drinking it, and I recommend it as a food sake!

It rained from the morning in Miyazaki on Saturday. I had a lunch of goboten udon and oninari at Onitama Udon near the stadium and returned home via Haneda.
I opened a bottle of Miyazumi Junmai Sake, a little sake for sleeping.
It is a fire-brewed sake from August. It seems to have lost some of its sharpness and become more refreshing. I felt relieved to be home and relaxed 😌.

It tastes good enough on its own 😋.

This is delicious. It is one of the most recent ones I have had. It is a standard sake, but the spiciness comes to the forefront, supported by sweetness and bitterness. And the sharpness is very good.

You can feel the rice on your tongue and it seems to smell like cooked rice 🌾.
There is a slight schwirl🫧, but it was a slight schwirl🫧 that felt like it had been 2-3 days since the bottle was opened 🤔.
I thought it would be more schwar🫧🫧 and enjoyable right after opening the bottle 🤗.

I drank Miyazumi nigori in the summer and it was so delicious that I brought this one along too 😆 The calm and subtle shuwa of the second or third day also looks delicious as you can really feel the rice 🤤Aizu sake trip sounds like fun 🤭.
