The 100% Aizu Miyazumi, Fukunoka from Miyazumi Meizou brewery, famous for its Collage. It is a pink label, but it is not a raw sake, but a fire-brewed one. The sweetness is very elegant. We compared three kinds of sake.
It is the best. It has a strong flavor, slightly dry, and the sweetness is not to be outdone.
The price is reasonable and you can really enjoy it too much. If you can find it, please try it.
Purchased at the brewery. I couldn't imagine a sake like this! When I drank it, I found it had a nice flavor, but it was surprisingly smooth. It is so delicious that it will be gone in no time!
It was more fruity and I liked it better than Miyazumi's yeastless junmai namaishige that I had the other day!
It was so good, it ran out quickly 😂.
I hope to stock up on sake in Aizu again soon!
Rice polishing ratio 40
Alcohol content 16%.
The bottle was delivered at Miyazumi's brewery during a trip to Fukushima in July and was opened today.
It has a subtle aroma, an immediate sweetness, and a mild umami flavor that quickly disappears from the palate.
It is sweet! It has an impression of being sweet, but it has no corners. It tastes beautiful.
In August, I traveled to Fukushima City and Aizuwakamatsu City.
In Fukushima City, I drank sake at "Anata ga Taisho" (see past CI).
The next day, we moved to Aizu and visited Miyazumi Meijo.
It is located about a 5-minute walk from Aizuwakamatsu Castle and has a very elegant appearance.
The brewery's sake, which can only be purchased at the brewery, is a must-try.
I had previously had a nigori (nigori is a type of rice wine) from Miyazumi and found it to have a strong sweetness and umami flavor, while the alcohol content was quite sharp and impactful.
Pouring it into a glass, you can see carbon dioxide gas at a level that may or may not be there.
The aroma is mild yet fruity.
When drinking, the sweetness typical of Fukushima sake is felt first, followed by a firm rice flavor.
However, Miyazumi does not end with mere sweetness and umami.
A sharp alcohol feeling rushes through, and a gaseous, chili-like sensation lingers on the tip of the tongue, creating a sharp, clean feeling.
This is it! Miyazumi is so delicious and its characteristics are so easy to understand.
Fukushima sake is no date!
Good evening, FSB 😃.
I like your trip to Fukushima - Aizu!
When we went to Miyazumi Meizumi, tasting was prohibited due to the 🦠Corona disaster 🥲 so we would like to go back to taste it again 🤗.
Good evening, it's been a little while since I've posted here: 🖊️
A nightly cup? A lot? I wanted to drink it, so I opened this bottle 💁.
Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo Hachitan-Nishiki One time fire-infused 2024BY✨.
It's been a long time since we've had a Miyazumi brand. ☺️
I'm not a fan of the "Kurakura".
The first thing is to start with the aroma. The aroma is like a gentle muscat, white grapes, strawberry milk.
The taste also has a pleasant acidity, a little rice sweetness and milky, but the latter half has an impact with a bitter dryness that lingers in the aftertaste.
It is the first sake in a long time that has a sharp aftertaste, which I like 😊 delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
