Nishi-Cestezuru Junmai Sake Daichi no Kaze
Sourness precedes the acidity. When it passes down the throat, there is a slight spiciness from the alcohol. The aroma is subdued. There is a slight alcohol taste. The taste is mild.
Later, a slight sweetness gradually spreads in the mouth.
There are no special characteristics that should be noted, but it is just right as there are no strange habits.
This is the second sake that I couldn't drink on the spot during the Saijo Sake Brewery Tour.
This one is also mellow, so even though it is dry, it is still full-bodied.
Nice!
Four kinds this time, four cups.
Slightly aromatic, sweet-tart, fruity.
Less aromatic and less schwarziness than the raw sake, but tasty enough even if it is fire-brewed.
Japanese sake
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)

Since this sake is from Hiroshima, I guess I should have put Truckee next to it 🐯.
I bought it in winter and left it for a while.
I bought it in winter and left it for a while. I wonder if I would have felt the slight carbonation if I drank it earlier?
I'm tired from strength training 🏋️ between 6pm and 7pm today, so I get drunk a lot.
Lying on the balance ball with a 7kg sandbag on my stomach and doing hip lifts gives me a nice full body cramp (lol).
Kyoto for muscle cramps? (Laughs.) To get sore muscles is called "migaki" in Kyoto or Kansai? (Laughs.) To get muscle cramps is called "mi-ga-iku" in Kyoto or Kansai, isn't it? Yes, of course, it's never been understood over here 😆.
Good evening, Ane-san.
Homemade Hiyamoroshi? ദ്ദി ˃ ˂).
I'm going to get fit 👊👊(¨💪) I've never heard of it before😅.
If it comes tomorrow...good luck lol.
Good evening, SUGI🌆.
I see, that's one way to think about it: ✌️
Well, my muscle pain didn't come today. I'll wait with baited breath to see if my body has gotten used to it or if it will come tomorrow 😅.
Hiyoroshi 2023
Akaban Omachi 60
The pleasure of drinking Hiroshima sake made from Akaban Omachi, Hiroshima's preferred rice.
The taste of the rice is so robust that you will run out of sake before you know it. Sake that goes well with all kinds of food.
At a yakitori restaurant I visited for the first time in two months, my second cup was Hiroshima.
It is slightly carbonated and dry with a strong acidity.
Saijotsuru Brewing
Saijotsuru Junmai Nama Nama Sake
Saijotsuru is a brewery in Saijo, Higashihiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 65% Hiroshima rice.
Gentle and fruity aroma,
full-bodied rice flavor and a refreshingly clean finish.
A refreshing and clean aftertaste.
#Sake
Continue Hiroshima sake 🍶.
Nama-moto sake is made from raw sake, and is shipped after 5 years of aging.
Not exactly a classic type of sake ✨.
Well-rounded taste, mellow and refreshing, with a sense of the richness of the rice.
Polishing ratio 70%, 15%.
No harsh taste, with a subtle bitterness and a good sharpness!
A magnificent impression. Is this the Hiroshima way?
It went perfectly with fried food!
