This is a summer version following the spring "Rururu". Perhaps a picture of a crane?
The drink is easy to drink, with a hint of sweetness.
I drank it at the second restaurant today, so hopefully next time I will drink it before I get drunk.
Delicious. Gulp. Sweet stiff water. More rice sweetness than fruity. You can buy it at drugstores in Hiroshima. It is usually 15 degrees Celsius and dangerous.
The refreshing, light sweetness on the palate makes it the perfect sake for hot, humid days in early summer. Despite its lightness, it has a strong core body, so it can be used as a food sake without losing out to strong-flavored dishes.
Before my business trip, I had a light dinner at Unmenosu in Morioka Station. (^_^)v
The second glass was a Junmai Ginjo Haru no Rururu by Saijotsuru.
The label was pretty cute, so I looked at the menu to see which brand it was, and saw that it was Saijotsuru! I was convinced and ordered it.
Sake to be enjoyed with the senses, not with the head
One of the brands in the Concept Workers Selection.
Take a sip.
Oh, it's a different kind of sweet and tasty than Murasaki Uchu.
I'm not sure about the cute acidity, but it's very pleasant to feel that it goes in smoothly.
I'm very happy that the label is not overshadowed (laugh).
I don't see this brand in the liquor stores around here, and I don't think it's featured in many online stores that I know of.
That said, I can't just pop it in when my fridge is full~~!
It was very tasty! (^_^)v

Purchased at Sake Sho Doi (Asahikawa) where I stopped on a road trip.
For some reason, it didn't show up in the search results when I selected the location.
So, first of all, let me say a few words!
It's delicious!
I thought it might be a classic, just by the look of the label, but it's sweet and tasty. I thought it was a classic, but it's sweet and tasty.
I mean, the flavor seems to last and it's good 🙆♀️
I loved it!
As for the snacks
I bought sashimi at a local supermarket ← I came home late so I didn't feel like making it.
Notes (see online information)
Saijotsuru is the smallest brewery in Saijo, one of the three major sake brewing areas in Japan. This rich-tasting junmai-shu is freshly brewed and pumped directly from the bottle. It has a soft flavor that is typical of Saijo sake.
The rice used for this sake is Chusei Shin Senbon, the mother of Senbon Nishiki, which has been the most widely used sake brewing rice in Hiroshima Prefecture for many years.

I may have a chance to go on a business trip to Hiroshima in the future,
I would like to know various sake from Hiroshima.
If you have any recommendations for sweet sake, I'd like to know.
I made this sake with soda at first, but when I drank it on the rocks, I realized how good it tastes: ☺️
Good, good, good.
