The name "Choryu Brewpark" is said to express the idea of "gathering" in a brew park and "overflowing" with joy and smiles. The name "Choryu Brewpark" is said to be named with this thought in mind.
The cool, fruity aroma spreads in the mouth. It has a refreshingly crisp taste with a hint of rice flavor.
I thought it was cheap for a limited edition sake, but it was only 500ml 😅 I guess they wanted us to finish it at the park. It was so much that it would be consumed in a short time while we were having a party. So, I bought another bottle to take home as a souvenir? It's good for business 🤭 It's okay though, because it tastes good.

We had quite a good time with many craft beers 😄.
I used to live in Yao, Osaka and for a long time I thought Choryu was a Yao sake 😅.
Dark, heavy and delicious. (And informative).
The alcohol is strong and very drinkable.
It's young at 2016 brewing, so the sense of aging is blah, but it's dark at any rate, so it's perfectly fine with cheese and the like.
It is not an easy drink, but it was a personal strike for me.
Something fluffy and light
Like it's not fluffy at all.
But just as well, because I paired it with the eel cucumber cream cheese.
I thought it was sweet when it was cold, but when the temperature went up a little, it became so sweet.
I don't know why... It's good as a food wine!

Choryu Omachi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake
I'm drinking more Yumachi to clarify if bouken-san is an omatist or not 😁.
I think it had the most omachi-like image in my opinion, a solid omachi feeling with lots of umami.
I was reminiscing about our previous off-line meeting at an izakaya owned by Choryu, where we had gone for the after-party.

Choryu Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Nara but also has a brewery in Yao and is a member of the Osaka Sake Brewers Association.
As I had the impression in the past, it is a relatively modern type of sake with a strong sweetness and flavor. I like it even after drinking it again.
I remember that when I drank it at home, the taste changed a lot after the bottle was opened.
Many of the sake I enjoyed at this event were made with omachi.
