At home. I bought this as a souvenir when I enjoyed lunchtime drinking at Changlong Brewpark and had it at home. I guess it is a slightly different version of the one I had at lunch. The aroma may be influenced by the name of bamboo ⁉️.... Unlike the lunchtime drink, it was fresh, sweet, sour, and refreshing. The fact that I was able to bring back a good one as a souvenir made my day more enjoyable and memorable... ‼️ The fourth picture is of Kaguya-chan, the mascot of Hiroryo Town.

At Changlong Brewpark. The second drink was Shikisaki. We were told that it is recommended as a food sake, so we had it with our bento. It is a dry sake with a strong umami flavor that can be savored slowly. It has a completely different taste from the Sakurabito we had earlier, and is good for variety. ‼️ We got tipsy and bought some souvenirs for our holiday.

Dry with a hint of flavor. Almost room temperature at the beginning of the drink. No sweetness whatsoever! But it's not hard to drink. I don't know if this is a good analogy, but I drink it as a very light shochu. It's meant to be a sipping drink, but it goes into your body quickly! The second day starts with a cold sake. On the back of the label, it says it's a little dry. Perhaps because it is an unpasteurized sake, it doesn't have a strong alcoholic flavor, but it does have a bitter aftertaste and a tongue-tickling sensation. It may not be suitable for those who don't like the dry taste.

Choryu Brewpark Limited Sake Opening 🍶. The name "Choryu Brewpark" is said to express the idea of "gathering" in a brew park and "overflowing" with joy and smiles. The name "Choryu Brewpark" is said to be named with this thought in mind. The cool, fruity aroma spreads in the mouth. It has a refreshingly crisp taste with a hint of rice flavor. I thought it was cheap for a limited edition sake, but it was only 500ml 😅 I guess they wanted us to finish it at the park. It was so much that it would be consumed in a short time while we were having a party. So, I bought another bottle to take home as a souvenir?　It's good for business 🤭 It's okay though, because it tastes good.

Dark, heavy and delicious. (And informative). The alcohol is strong and very drinkable. It's young at 2016 brewing, so the sense of aging is blah, but it's dark at any rate, so it's perfectly fine with cheese and the like. It is not an easy drink, but it was a personal strike for me.

Something fluffy and light Like it's not fluffy at all. But just as well, because I paired it with the eel cucumber cream cheese. I thought it was sweet when it was cold, but when the temperature went up a little, it became so sweet. I don't know why... It's good as a food wine!

The 10th Osaka Jizake Tenma Daijukai 2024⑩ Choryu's booth. I didn't notice it at all at the venue, but come to think of it, Choryu is in Nara, right? bouken's post solved that 💡. Choryu Omachi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake I'm drinking more Yumachi to clarify if bouken-san is an omatist or not 😁. I think it had the most omachi-like image in my opinion, a solid omachi feeling with lots of umami. I was reminiscing about our previous off-line meeting at an izakaya owned by Choryu, where we had gone for the after-party.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ⑩ Choryu Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Nara but also has a brewery in Yao and is a member of the Osaka Sake Brewers Association. As I had the impression in the past, it is a relatively modern type of sake with a strong sweetness and flavor. I like it even after drinking it again. I remember that when I drank it at home, the taste changed a lot after the bottle was opened. Many of the sake I enjoyed at this event were made with omachi.
