Chilled and warmed
Well it is starting a little bit to feel like fall which means tarusake season for me.
This is a very nicely integrated tarusake with a strong bright cedar and cherry nose, vanilla and wooden flavors interplay nicely and then a relatively clean finish. I prefer warmed in this case slightly…

I didn't know that it was dewy-leaf style rice!
The aroma is sweet and sour.
The aroma is sweet and sour. It is said to be like yogurt, and it is true that it is sour.
It tastes sour as well!
It seems to be a matter of taste, but the strength (?) of the sake is evident. It is a bit like yogurt, but it tastes very sour.

Choryu Junmai Ginjo Kai🍶.
Sake with a hint of muscat flavor and a pleasant throat sensation.
I thought it was a well-balanced sake, not too fruity and not too spicy.
(Product description)
It has a fruity aroma like melon and a perfect balance of fresh acidity and sweetness.
It has a fresh feel and is light and crisp, making it a junmai ginjo that goes well with a wide range of dishes.
