Purchased at Akita Station
I heard that they use an unfamiliar rice called Momota for sake rice.
I think it was a limited quantity sake.
The taste is crisp but fruity with a lingering aftertaste.
The slight minerality is addictive and makes you want to drink another sip!
I drank two glasses in no time. What a waste💦.
It's a drink outside 🎶🎵
This is a drink I had at an izakaya 🏮 the other day!
The only thing on the menu was "Kariho".
I ordered this one!
It's dry, punchy and goes down well 🌀😇

It has a delicious flavor and a grain-like aroma that lingers into the aftertaste. The alcohol content is 16%, but I feel it is stronger than that. It has a strong body.
