It is bottled directly from the ogara-mi that was pressed in the traditional tank in the upper tank. The freshness and crispness combined with the mildness of the ogara-mi is a nice touch.

It was a refreshing and crisp sake!
If I were to enjoy it with a large group of people, I would probably prefer it to Junmai (pure rice). Next time, I would like to enjoy a glass of Kariho cold sake with sashimi!
7/10
Iemoto
Kariho Hi Hiyoshi: Gentle on the palate but with a deep taste, very tasty!
I got it at Itoku in Akita, which I was told was only available for a limited time.
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆
Rokubune of Kariho: ❣️
This is a representative of Akita's ginjo-shu.
I mean, there aren't too many ginjo-shu's these days 💦.
Rokusyu is always available at traditional izakayas in Akita.
It's a great food sake 😁.
Kariho uses traditional "boats" to top off the tanks, and the brewery has six of them, hence the name "Rokufune" (six boats).
Mild and pleasant aroma: ❣️
It has a light and refreshing mouthfeel, and as the temperature rises and it cools down, the fine flavor and smooth umami can be felt.
Basically, it is light, refreshing and dry.
Although it is alkalo-sweetened, you can hardly feel the alcohol, and it is a beautiful sake with a clear taste like water.
After a modern sake, it may seem tasteless, but as you drink it, you will be intoxicated by its deliciousness.
It is best served cool to room temperature, not too cold 🎶.
It's a good sake with good cost performance💕
So, check in 666🎊㊗️
No.6 is not suitable for me (I can't afford it), so I bought 3 sake with "Roku" in it 🤣.
Rokusyu and 2 bottles of Rokkasen from Yamagata, a neighboring prefecture, side by side for a photo 📸🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Good morning T.KISO and congratulations on your ㊗️666ci🎉Yes, No.6 is not suitable for me! (I can't afford it either 😭)I guess there are many different "6's" in alcohol 🤣.
Hello, T.KISO.
Congratulations on your 666 check-in 🎉.
I love that you got the sake to match the Zoro-Mark ✨.
I love Akita sake too, so I would love to try some of Kariho's 😊.
Hello T.KISO😃!
Congratulations on your RokuRoku check-in ㊗️ 🎉I see that No.6 is difficult even in your hometown Akita 😓But well done on the Roku lineup with the support of Yamagata 👍You think of a lot of things indeed 🤗.
Good evening, T.KISO.
666 great 👍Congratulations ㊗️🎉
Here's an example No.6...
I know it's difficult 😥I really feel blessed ‼️
The six in a row this time is more amazing than the No.6 😍👍
Thank you very much, ma-ki-😊.
I can't collect No.6, so I'll use other local sake 🎶😁.
It's been a long time since I've had Rokusyu from Kariho, but it's still a great sake: ❣️
Thank you, Muro 😊.
I appreciate the flattery: ❣️
I thought it was indeed "awesome"... 😅
Rokusyu, although it tastes completely opposite to No.6
But this one is delicious in its own way 😋.
Congratulations to T.KISO on your 666 check-in 🎉🎊
Three sixes! What a great view✨and Rokubune, I didn't know that's how it came about 😳I'm looking forward to more ideas 😆.
Congratulations to Director T.KISO on 666.
Akita sake, Rokusyu, which was the original here👍.
It was a total coincidence that I made my Zoro post on the same day for Akita sake 😅.
Good evening, T.KISO!
Congratulations on your 666 check-in🎊㊗️🎉
It's hard to think of a sake with 6 in it 🍶No.6 is the only one I can think of 😄👍I didn't know about Rokusyu 😅.
Thank you, Ace 😊.
Oh, you didn't know about Rokusyu?
It seems to have been quite popular about 20 years ago 🤣🤣.
But I really recommend this ginjo-shu: ❣️
