Opened a bottle that had been stored at room temperature in the pantry after getting it on a return trip home. Yamahai = acid, Hiyoroshi = aged So, the dish to be served with it is oysters 🦪. When the bottle was opened, the aroma was more matured than expected, The taste is still strong with strong acidity, matured bitterness, and alcohol! Sake! Sense of sake is very strong 😳. It tastes like what sake is supposed to taste like 😅. The fried oysters I prepared on the first day were completely outclassed 🥲, so on the second day, oysters are oysters, but sauteed in butter with lots of garlic! And I took on the challenge 😠 with a motsu stew. The result was this 👍✨ After all, dishes with strong and unique flavors match 😅. I think it would also go well with horse sashimi, which is something you don't get unless you're at a drinking party....
