I was a little curious and mail order, kawasemi. This is my first Kariho. Dry...The aftertaste is refreshing, but when you put it in your mouth, you get mwah. I think it's delicious when you drink it. Yeah. Speaking of dry - Dry ☝️ Light with a hint of umami and acidity 💫. The lingering sense of umami is sharp and pleasant 😌. A bottle that you won't get tired of drinking👌

Purchased at Akita station. I had expected a good price, but it was more than I expected. The aroma was very elegant and not too strong. It is dry and has a refreshing taste with no aftertaste. It is not heavy and is excellent as a food sake. The aroma was very nice and not overpowering.
