I was a little curious and mail order, kawasemi. This is my first Kariho. Dry...The aftertaste is refreshing, but when you put it in your mouth, you get mwah. I think it's delicious when you drink it. Yeah. When I went to my parents' house recently, they had an empty bottle of the new Ottersai, and I was a little jealous - I should buy it, but I can't because there are so many other things I want to drink.

I couldn't buy iwagaki (rock oysters), so I had fried horse mackerel as a snack. Surprisingly acidic, lightly fruity and easy to drink! I think it's a very nice sake.
