At the tasting corner of Ponshu-kan in Echigo-Yuzawa, I thought it was delicious! I thought so and bought it in a can.
I think that if more small cans like this were made available for various brands, more people would buy them just to try them out.
This size is perfect for souvenirs.

At the sake guard station of Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa.
I only had one sip,
It was the best taste in total among all the sakes we drank at the sake-tasting.
Purchased at the store.
Medium sweet. Slightly carbonated. Rice and grapes. Well-balanced bitterness, sweetness and acidity. It is not so complex as to be unfiltered and goes in smoothly. Delicious. ⭐️4.5

Just the right amount of sweetness, gassy, not too fruity.

Not much aroma. It has a crisp acidity and is truly a white wine. It has a beautiful sake quality with a gentle sweetness. The alcohol content is 12%, so it is light and easy to drink.
