Purchased from Niigata Hasegawa Store
Purchased when I visited Niigata 💰.
First time I drank it as a free sake at a music event where they were serving sake in front of Niigata station 🎉.
I tried to buy it on the day of the event, but it was sold out, and I was so disheartened that I saw it being sold at a later date 🫢 I had no choice but to buy it!
Koshizuki is my personal favorite sake from Niigata these days 🍶.
It's all delicious!
I guess "death star" is the name of a certain star war....
I'm starting to think that's part of the Echigo-Tsumari character 😆.
I'll open the bottle right away 😊....
The taste is a little dry with grapefruit-like acidity and sweetness 🍋 and a nice fizziness 🫧.
The aftertaste is like a Yonglian aftertaste 🤔The low alcohol content of 11% makes for a refreshing taste that can be drunk in large gulps.
This kind of thing is just perfect for summer!
Thank you very much for the drink!
Echigo-Tsurukame Niigata
@Joetsu Shinkansen
It is a cup sake.
Don't underestimate it.
It's quite solid and robust.
Junmai quality
Good with cheese cod!
164th bottle.
🦢🐢Tsurukame red🟥.
I often see blue junmai ginjo at the supermarket, but I've never seen junmai daiginjo before, so I bought it immediately ‼︎
Steady deliciousness ‼︎
On the fifth day of this great adventure called "homecoming," I left my parents' house and went to Oshima Island in Kesennuma. Of course, we stayed at Kaiho, our regular lodging. It was supposed to be a big adventure chasing after a typhoon, but so far every picture I have taken, including this one of Ryumaisaki, shows a blue sky 😁I am a self-proclaimed "sunny woman". The day is coming soon when I will be allowed to take away my self-proclaimed title and call myself a sunny woman👍.
Now, the toast at Kaiho is Echigo Tsurukame Sparkling. As it says on the back of the bottle, it is a junmai ginjo brewed with wine yeast and filled with carbon dioxide gas, so it is quite shwashy.
Already, this is wine. The white one!
The juicy aroma and taste is really muscat 💕The sweetness from the acidity is very pleasant.
What the heck, this is soooo good 😆💕.
Good evening, Mr. Wakata.
Echigo Tsurukame is delicious ⤴️
I haven't had the sparkling yet, so if I come across it, I'll buy it immediately 🍶.
And your picture of Ryumaisaki, the sea, sky and clouds are so beautiful ✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-chan😃You have experienced Echigo-Tsurukame, as expected ✨Next time I want to buy non-sparkling Echigo-Tsurukame since I learned how delicious it was this time 😋 Please try to get it, ma-ki-chan!
Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop
Wandering around Niigata City today!
I had to pick up some sake on my way home, so I bought some of this Koshuya.
I'm still looking forward to discovering more of Koshuya.
I've had C3 and kasumi made with Koshien's Yamahanishiki, and now Episode 3.2 is coming.
Because it's so good...
I immediately opened the bottle 😊....
It tastes like grapefruit or Japanese pear with a fresh flavor, acidity and a bit of bitterness.
It seems that this one is fire-roasted, so it is a bit tame, and the fizz and freshness are relatively modest 🤔.
But it tastes good enough even if it's fire-brewed 😋.
A bottle that satisfies both aroma and taste 🍶.
Thank you very much for the treat 🍶.
This is so good 😁.
Echigo-Tsurukame is often found in supermarkets and discount stores
but there seems to be only one store that sells Echigo-Tsurukame
but there is only one store in the prefecture that sells Koshi-Ni.
It's like a summer tangerine juice.
It has a nice dry sourness and a bitter taste at the end.
I also liked the squishy feeling.
It was 10 degrees and gone in no time ✨👍
16th kind today 👀.
A drink in a different location 🍶.
Master choice❣️
A little lower in alcohol content‼️
A delicious taste with a touch of sourness.
Delicious 😋!
