Well, the smell is rather fruity.
The mouthfeel is rather refreshing.
The bitterness is still there, but it disappears rather smoothly.
I don't smell yogurt so much.
It depends on the brand.
It's a waste not to drink it because you don't like it.
It is indeed a representative sake of Tochigi!
As for the snacks...
Tempura of a kiss that I went fishing with my family!
After processing 64 fish, a glass of sake is a special treat!
