I was kind of in the mood for sake, so I bought it.
The bottle said it was awarded for heating sake, but since it is basically cold, I enjoyed it cold.
The sweetness of the rice was very strong and delicious.
I thought it would stand out even more if it was heated up!

It does not become sour even when heated!
Easy to drink without being too sweet.
It's not too sweet and easy to drink. It's just right without the nose-tingling feeling of alcohol.
Good cost performance and repeat purchase.
Mild aroma🎶.
Light and easy to drink💦.
Slightly acidic on the throat, with a hint of the richness of the original sake 😋.
This one is also a souvenir ✨.
I bought this sake at the Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa Station on my way home from snowboarding. It won the gold medal in the hot sake heating contest, so it was the perfect sake for a cold, cold night.
