This Sake is slightly dry with an earthy aroma. There are flavors of mushroom and wood. Sweetness and acidity are present towards the end.
The flavor profile is different from other Niigata Sake I have tried. Guess I need to drink more Sake. 😁

I hope the 300ml bottle of sake stored in the snow from Niigata Meisho Sake Co. in rural Ojiya, Japan will make an appearance.
I don't know if it is the effect of storage in the snow, but it is mellow, smooth and better than expected.

Participated in a bullfight (Niigata's bullfight) and enjoyed the scenery of terraced rice fields (tanaike) in Yamakoshi, Nagaoka City.
It is the scenery of my hometown, isn't it? 😌
