It has a full-bodied flavor with a slight hint of alcohol, but it is also sweet with a slight nigorigo. It is very tasty and has a nice sharpness. I buy it every year, and I feel that the level of quality improves every year.
Good evening, Anzumaru 😃.
I bought this sake with a hug of hana-yosu when I went back home to my parents at the end of last year 😆 Unlike hana-yosu, this sake has the unique taste of Japanese sake 😋 I would like to drink it again 🤣.
Thank you for your comment Rafa papa. Although it is different from hana-yoso, I, too, think this brand is a delicious sake that is very sake-like in the good sense of the word.
Well, the season of my favorite firefly squid is here 😁 still a bit floundering? LOL!
Tonight's sake is Ai no Sato. It is made by Nanyo Jyozo, famous for its Hanayoukasui sake.
It is junmai (pure rice) and fire-aged, so it does not have the same gorgeous flavor as HanayoYukyu. It has a slight pineapple aroma, soft sweetness of rice, and a little bitterness and crispness. It is good.
Personally, I think I like this one better. LOL!
At Showagura, Koedo Kuranri KIKISAKE SAKE PLACE
It is said to have a green apple or pineapple feel to it, but it's hard for a layman to tell!
I could feel the sweetness and fermentation that you get when you keep chewing rice.
The acidity was also strong, I guess.
Personally, I didn't like it.
Rice polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.3, Alcohol 15-16%.
The aroma is mild, and in the mouth you first taste the gentle sweetness of the rice and a bit of sourness, followed by a delicious bitterness that finishes off the taste.
It is a perfect sake for a meal, as it does not interfere with the food.
It is a well-balanced sake with a gentle and refreshing taste that you will never get tired of ✨.
Yesterday it snowed in the Kanto area.
It was a very cold Hanak Friday, so I was looking for some heated sake after work.
I was looking for some heated sake on my way home from work and found another brand from the Hana-yoso sake brewery.
I found another brand of sake from the Hanahayo sake brewery.
The waitress told me that it tasted good even when heated, so I decided to try it.
This was my first time to try an unexpected brand of Saitama sake.
The aroma was light and sweet without being overpowering.
I have never had Hanaoyukyu before, but from the reviews I have read, it is a very good sake.
I have never had Hana-yoso, but from the reviews I have read, it is called pineapple juice, but this is the opposite.
This one is the exact opposite.
It is a dry sake with a crisp aftertaste and the umami of rice.
You can feel the umami of the rice more when it is warmed up.
It is dry but gives a soft impression.
This is a versatile all-purpose food sake that can be served either cold or warmed.
Recommended at a reasonable price of 1,200 yen for a 4-pack.
Hello😃As for the sake that goes well with fish mentioned in your profile, how about Nipponjo, a ginjo sake that goes well with fish from Yoshimura Hideo Shoten in Wakayama? It has high acidity so I think it goes well with fish dishes ^_^Please give it a try if you have a chance. For your information
Hi, Shota!
Thanks for your comment!
I don't know this brand! Japan Castle ❗️
If I find it at the liquor store, I will buy it immediately and comment when I drink it.
Thank you very much 🙏.
Ai-no-Sato Junmai
GET️ HANA-YOUKAKU in Saitama, my parents' home.
Ai no Sato from the same brewery!
We went to the trouble of comparing the two 😆✌️
I'm drinking it with my twin brother at home 😋.
It's a completely different type of sake from Hanahayo.
It has a good taste of rice like a Junmai sake...
Fresh acidity... lingering bitterness 🤤.
I think it is quite dry 🙄.
Very tasty food sake 👍️️.
