Polishing ratio 60%, less than 16% alcohol by volume
Nanyo Brewery Co.
Apple, fresh, fairly dry
This is the brewery that produced the HANAIYOSUKAKU, but the direction is quite different from that of the fruity explosion HANAIYOSUKAKU.
I thought it was more suited for a mid-meal drink.
This is the first time for me to buy this.
I always wondered whether I should buy it or not when I buy hana-yosu, so I finally bought it.
I read in other reviews that it is not sweet, but when poured into a glass, the aroma of Huayouyasumi is weak. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes more umami and bitterness than sweetness. It is certainly different from Hana-yosu. But there is no unpleasant alcohol taste, and it is a delicious and cost-effective food sake. As one would expect from a popular brewery.
I went to the brewery and found no sake that I wanted, so I bought it with sake lees and opened the bottle after about 6 months of abstinence from sake.
I think it has less aroma than Hanahayo, but it's easy to drink and tasty!

A popular brand of Nanyo Shuzo, famous for its "Hanayo" brand.
The aroma is fruity, not unlike junmai sake!
As soon as you feel the fruity aroma in the first sip, the clear Junmai Sake feeling comes out!
The fruity aroma, which is not found in other junmai sake, is very positive and can be enjoyed by everyone.
But I still want to drink Hanahayo...
Happy New Year, so here is the first bottle.
I was looking for the Hanayosu, but was unable to buy it, so I bought this one. Compared to the fruity Hana-yosuyu, it is a bit spicier and has a traditional sake taste. This is good.
Happy New Year to you, Kinoko 🌅 and I look forward to working with you in the new year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
You're too sweet for us 😅I think you'd be better suited to Indigo Township here 🤗.
Happy New Year! I hope you have a great year🙇.
Hanayo is gorgeous! Ai-no-Sato feels like old-fashioned sake, and this one is probably more familiar to me lol.
Another dry junmai that goes well with nabe.
It is from Nanyo Brewery in Saitama Prefecture, the same company that makes Hana-Yuyo.
It has a sharpness, and a little bitterness lingers in the aftertaste, but it is not unpleasant. High quality.
Ingredients : rice, rice malt
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Pour: 16
Apparently, it has been sitting at the liquor store for about 5 months. It is a sharp, dry sake with a different flavor from hana-yosu. The aftertaste is short, so it is not too spicy and goes very well with nabe dishes.
