I bought and drank this sake from Nanyo Shuzo, which is famous for "HanayoYauku".
It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a gentle sweetness and aroma, but unlike the Hanahayo Sake, it is a dry sake with a nice crisp taste.
It has a dry and crisp taste.
The price and taste are good enough for everyday drinking.

When I went to the liquor store where I always buy my Hanayo-bako, I found this one on display along with the Hanayo-bako Gohyakumangoku.
Ai-no-Sato Junmai-Shu
This is another brand of Nanyo Sake Brewery, the same brewer as Hanayo Kurosawa, and I knew the name but had never had a chance to try it!
Ai no Sato was very refreshingly dry!
I was surprised at the gap between the two, since Hanaoyoso was so gorgeous and fruity, but this one was perfect as a food sake!

I bought this sake because it is a rare Saitama sake and also because it is made by the same brewery as the "Hanahayo" sake.

When I opened the bottle and poured it, I found a fresh aroma with a hint of apple.
The mouthfeel is smooth, but the flavor has a strong presence right away. It has a sour and lean taste, and it also tastes like grape yogurt.
It also has a slightly rough texture on the tongue and a smooth feel on the throat.
It is a well-balanced taste with presence and a refreshing feeling, perfect for sipping and enjoying!
I have the impression that it is differentiated in a good way from "Huayouyoku" ✨.
It is good to have a good sake that will be gone in an instant, but I can't stand local brands that are robust and can be used for all purposes 👍.

60% polished Gohyakumangoku, 15-16% alcohol by volume
The top-tasting aroma is apple-like with a touch of lactic acidity.
Mild, but it's not a ginjo, so I guess that's about it 🤔.
When I drank it, I thought, oh, this is dry ❗️
The vector is very different from the sweet umami of Hanayuyo 😳.
It has a Junmai-like umami on top, with an impression of sweetness in the back.
When the temperature goes up, there's a bit of a twangy alcohol feeling.
There is a slight bitterness at the end, and after drinking it, you will be left with a lingering aftertaste of umami and spiciness.
Maybe this one is better suited to be heated up.
