Happy New Year, so here is the first bottle.
I was looking for the Hanayosu, but was unable to buy it, so I bought this one. Compared to the fruity Hana-yosuyu, it is a bit spicier and has a traditional sake taste. This is good.

Another dry junmai that goes well with nabe.
It is from Nanyo Brewery in Saitama Prefecture, the same company that makes Hana-Yuyo.
It has a sharpness, and a little bitterness lingers in the aftertaste, but it is not unpleasant. High quality.

Apparently, it has been sitting at the liquor store for about 5 months. It is a sharp, dry sake with a different flavor from hana-yosu. The aftertaste is short, so it is not too spicy and goes very well with nabe dishes.
