I bought this sake because it is a rare Saitama sake and also because it is made by the same brewery as the "Hanahayo" sake.
Thank you for this precious encounter.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I found a fresh aroma with a hint of apple.
The mouthfeel is smooth, but the flavor has a strong presence right away. It has a sour and lean taste, and it also tastes like grape yogurt.
It also has a slightly rough texture on the tongue and a smooth feel on the throat.
It is a well-balanced taste with presence and a refreshing feeling, perfect for sipping and enjoying!
I have the impression that it is differentiated in a good way from "Huayouyoku" âš.
It is good to have a good sake that will be gone in an instant, but I can't stand local brands that are robust and can be used for all purposes ð.

Good evening, Usagoden! If you drink it with a preconceived notion of hana-yosu, you will be surprised at a completely different worldâš.
You can feel the high level of the brewery, so if you have a chance, please try itð.
