This is my first time to try Nagasaki Prefecture's sake 🤣🤣🤣The freshness of the unpasteurized sake, the fruity and slightly sweet taste makes it seem like you can drink as much as you want😁😁😁😁🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶. It looks light and cloudy, like it's a little bit cloudy, but I don't see any lees at the bottom of the bottle? But it tastes good with a clean aftertaste 😆🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶.

I'm going to drink it right away! And I'm going to buy some more 💪. As for my father's situation, he has been in and out of the hospital again since my last post, but he seems to have calmed down somehow. So, for the first time in a long while, Pekho and I went to the liquor store. This time, we bought our favorite new sake from Yokoyama and the owner's favorite, Denshogiku from Kangiku! Today, we luxuriously compared two bottles 😅. First of all, Yokoyama is the first new sake 🍶. It has a sweet and juicy flavor typical of Yokoyama with the freshness of new sake 👍😋. Paired impressions by Pekho 😅 Here are my personal impressions😅 My personal impression 😅Preference】9(10点満点) Aroma】Aroma of pear and grape Taste】5 is the maximum 　-Spiciness: 2 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste 　-Sweetness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste 　-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste 　-Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 　-Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning→2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel】→2 Smaller number = light Bigger number = richer
