1st kind. Raw but fire-roasted raw version.
Juicy and a hint of sweetness spreads in the mouth. Also has a unique raw taste.
Went well with sashimi.
The menu says it has a fizzy taste.
But we didn't feel it because the bottle had been open for a little while.

Rice used Yamadanishiki
Alcohol 15%.
