Booty from Tsudanuma Seven
The recent trend is that unfiltered sake is sweet.
the recent trend, but
I see that it is a very different type of sake.
The aroma is mild with a hint of cemedine.
It is not a showy sake with a sweet flavor.
It seems to go well with any meal.
I've had a small amount of this sake, so the rest is sealed.
I'll enjoy the sake after opening the bottle.
I'm on the road today... from my hotel room instead of home😅
I opened a bottle of Yokoyama Jungin, Nama-zume Sake 🍶, which is not a No.4 bottle, so it's not a full bottle ✨.
The aroma is sweet and alcoholic, something I've never really felt before 🤔.
The first sip is just as sweet and sour as the aroma, with just the right amount of alcohol and a nice sharpness 😆.
It's delicious 🤤.
It can be served by itself or as a food sake (more like a fish drink) 😋.
Unfortunately... it's 300ml so I drank it all up and couldn't report on the taste change 😰.
ps, I was out of town and didn't have a sake cup...this might be the first time I drank it in a mug 😓.
Muscat aroma, a little carbonation, refreshing bamboo-like bitterness

I didn't know this brand. But it is a brand that I had never heard of, and yet it tastes so good! The taste is modern. It is not sweet, so it may be similar to Senkou.
The last of the Kyushu sake we got on our trip to Kyushu in January (and yet we bought some Kyushu sake today💦).
The last one is Princess Michiko from "Yokoyama" which I got in Nagasaki city, and I had a hard time deciding which one to get because they had GOLD one at the liquor store, but the owner said that GOLD used to sell better, but now Princess Michiko, which won the Grand Prix at Sake-1, is more popular. This is the one for you✨
Rice polishing ratio 40
Rose yeast
Alcohol 15%.
We had it in a glass because it was a special occasion 🍷.
The aroma is gorgeous and elegant, and in the mouth it is juicy with a honey-like sweetness and a hint of acidity.
The lingering taste leaves only sweetness.
The sweetness is also elegant sweetness 😊.
It is an elegant sake that I am in awe of abbreviating because it is named after the Empress Shang Empress ✨.
We prepared a variety of entrées, including hot tofu and salad, but the combination with yangnyeom chicken goes well 😙Of course, it's delicious enough on its own: 🍸️
I think it would be a good pairing with strong flavors (not a side dish 🙂 ). (I'm not sure if it's a good pairing or not 🙇)
It is another Yokoyama, but I drank it a while ago and liked the taste, so I took a chance and bought it in a bottle.
I thought it was a draft sake, but when I looked at it before opening the bottle, I saw that it was actually fire-aged. But when I drank it, it had a strong aroma and was fruity and tasted like muscat.
When I think of Iki, barley shochu comes to mind, but they also make very good sake. Thank you, thank you to the makers.
