Taste: ★★★★☆] It has an aroma of sweet flowers such as nadeshiko and pineapple. In the mouth, it has a smooth, soft sweetness, a little acidity and pungency, and leaves a tangy, spice-like taste and pungent bitterness in the aftertaste. The aroma has a sour, yogurt-like flavor.

Comment】This is a sake with a fragrant aroma. It is a dry sake, with a little bit of a tangy taste. When consumed with a meal, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the tanginess becomes less of an issue, making it a good mid-meal sake.

The aroma is gorgeous, with a pear-like aroma typical of Yokoyama, and the taste is not robust but calm.
