It is dry but has umami, and is the opposite of the non-super-hot raw version.
It's not too light, so it's easy to keep on sipping, and the dryness and slight gassiness are very pleasant.
I think my taste buds are not right, but there is a chocolate-like flavor, which is interesting.
Evaluation: ★★★★★
Sweet and juicy. I've had a lot of hits lately!
I can drink it forever without getting tired of the solid banana-like sweetness and then a slight bitterness to kick it up a notch.
Tonight is my favorite Yokoyama!
It's super spicy in the place of the image of delicious sweetness!
I thought it would be a little spicy, but it was. I thought it would be, but it was hot. It was out of control!
I wanted to be relaxed, but then it hit me, and before I knew it, I was drinking it all up..,
I guess you can never be too careful. 😭
3 straight days of work 😆 First day
I always drink alcohol!
Slip in just before closing time 🚃.
Underground sanctuary of the east exit 🍶🍶🍶.
What kind of super hot 7?
I was curious to find out,
It's juicy and typical of Yokoyama!
From the first
It was so crispy on the throat!
It was hot and sharp!
I feel GET WILD!
I'll do my best for the next two days.
Hiragana YOKO YAMA drinking comparison😊.
Not super spicy, just a little spicy and refreshing😊.
White label is sweet and fruity😊
The blend is also nice 😁.
Good morning, kan 🐥.
I got the white label just the other day 😊 it's right in the middle of my favorites 😊 I see you blended it with ❣️ 😆 Looks interesting with the 7 comrades 😁.
Entered the restaurant late
I made a reservation by phone.
Lots of sake from Okayama
And many more!
After a lecture on how to order, we decided to compare three kinds of sake!
One Okayama sake
Two other sakes
First, Yokoyama Hiyahoroshi!
I had had this a while ago in Sapporo, but I'll try it again!
It was a delicious hiyaoroshi sake with a bit of bitterness at the end!
The entrées are also relatively inexpensive!
Let's order various dishes!
First of all, sauteed oysters with butter!
This is delicious!

Very mellow. As it says "chilled and served in a wine glass", it also has a mild sweetness and a crisp aftertaste. Very tasty. I think I will drink a lot of it 😆.
Fresh, juicy and sweet.
The aroma is different from other sake I've had in the past, with a fruitiness that I personally find lychee-like.
The sweetness is not overpowering and has a luxurious feel, and it tastes even better in a wine glass!
