Taste was citrusy and refreshingly sour, which fits the image of the illustration well.
It was slightly sweet and refreshing, yet had a delicious core flavor.
I am looking forward to seeing the three types to be released this year.

Thick flavor composed of umami and astringency.
It's easy to drink without being too thick while still retaining the Yamahai flavor 😙.
Flamboyant and beautifully sharp
The nose evokes banana and marron-like sweetness. From the neutral mouthfeel, one senses a spiciness without sweetness and a gentle hint of acidity. From there, the ginjo aroma spreads softly along with the sweet umami flavor, and then it finishes cleanly and smoothly.
The flow of the overtone and the sharpness of the aroma is beautiful and superb. We were lucky enough to be able to compare the last bottle with the first one, and the last one was mellow with a strong banana flavor. The last one is mellow with a strong banana flavor, while the second one is fresh and slightly hard.
