The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

Strong acidity, goes well with fried eggplant or other fried foods. I don't do installations, so I can't answer the specs... but it's good. Delicious in summer. ☆☆☆☆

This time it's Maruhi's limited special order! After being told by Sake-no-Wasawa that Maruhi was delicious, I finally got it! When I went to look for Wakamusume, I was attracted by the limited edition and took her with me... Well, let's have it right away! First of all, the aroma. First, the aroma. It has a slightly refreshing aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth and refreshing sweetness and the acidity. It is easy to drink. The lingering aftertaste is not strong like the rind, but the bitterness is slowly fading away. It is refreshing and crisp from beginning to end, and I felt that it is a sake that makes you feel clean on a hot and humid day. Day 2 Today, from the refreshing fruity and gentle sweetness ～I felt a kind of full-bodied flavor. The gradation from a refreshingly fruity and gentle sweetness to a rind-like bitterness with a full-bodied taste and a firm acidity... I can't get enough of it! I can't get enough of it~ It's delicious~! The sour taste with just the right amount of sweetness gives it an exquisite crisp and refreshing feeling! It was the first time for me to taste Maruhi, and I was very satisfied with the refreshing and delicious sake!

Second time 🦢. This is the weirdest drink I've ever had. The specs are awesome! Sake degree -12 Acidity 4.1 The technique of Yamahai and white malted rice! And it is made with no77 yeast. The acidity of this 🦢san is a bit mild. But the sweetness is not so strong. It lacks umami and is too crisp.

I stopped drinking alcohol for five days to beat the numbers of my health checkup. The first sake I had after the new day was this one, which I got at a liquor store just before it closed. It had just the right amount of acidity and was surprisingly dry (?). I thought it was a melon, but it was more like an apple. Either way, my body is full of joy. It's a sign of good health, isn't it?

Purchased at Sendai Station. It is "limited to Akita Prefecture". I have a weakness for "limited editions" lol. It is a well-balanced sake that is not too spicy and has a good umami taste. The lingering aftertaste with some acidity is also good. On the second day, the sharpness and the aroma on the palate increase dramatically. It is also good to enjoy this kind of change in sake.
