We first enjoyed it at room temperature. It was a slightly dry sake with a slight bitterness and umami from the rice in the mouth.
When served warmed (top-heated or hot), the slight bitterness disappeared and it became a refreshing, slightly dry sake.
The next day, I had some frozen puffer fish fins left over, so I served them with fin sake. After defrosting the frozen fins and searing them a little, I put them in a glass and poured in the sake, which I stopped just before boiling 🤗.
The taste and flavor of the broth from the fins was transferred to the sake, and the alcohol was slightly reduced, resulting in a well-balanced and delicious fin sake 😋.

A friend of mine in Niigata sent me this sake, which he said was delicious, and this is a taste that overturns the (selfish) image of Asahiyama...!
The white peach flavor and refreshing acidity is really juicy, just like the label says on the back, and it tastes like nectar made into a delicious sake.
This is delicious!
If you see it, please try it 🤭 lol
It has been a long time since I posted this. This is Asahiyama Special Honjozo Senjuubai. This is delicious. The aroma is mild but has a nice fragrance. I had it cold. It is a delicious sake with a refreshing taste.
Good evening, Mr. Oyaji. ♪

🌸I'm sure it's not ready yet.
I know it's not quite there yet, but the flowers have been declared blooming here.
They're excited about it right now 😊.
