A bottle of sake received as a year-end gift for the New Year's holiday. It is a sake for the start of the New Year. It is easy to drink without any habits. Be careful not to drink too much from the New Year.
Another brand of Asahi Shuzo, famous for Kubota.
Personally, I find it sweeter and more umami than Kubota.
This Jun Dai-spec brand also has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and umami flavor.
My great-grandfather who lived in Niigata was fond of this brand, and I feel its history.
At the year-end party with Nanoha-san. We drank as much as we could and forgot to take pictures of the drinks. I'll upload a photo of Kakujoshokudo's Kaisen-don at lunchtime. LOL!
Sake-like but sweet and fruity aroma, grapes, etc.
The pungent and pungent taste comes when you drink it.
The alcohol is still strong after swallowing.
However, in the middle of it, there is a thick graininess and rice flavor.
There is a tightening bitterness.
It is very satisfying to drink.
It is spicy, yet smooth.
It is indeed spicy, but not too bad.
Taste level ☆3.5/5
Asahiyama Daiginjo, Manjusubai. It is indeed delicious.
However, it is a light taste, so it should be served before a meal! If you drink it during a meal, the umami might be too weak and not enough.
The color is clear and beautiful.
Cold: mild aroma, slight sweetness at first, dry taste
Warmed: Clear and square taste
This is a brand of Asahi Shuzo, famous for Kubota. Low price.
