Another brand of Asahi Shuzo, famous for Kubota.
Personally, I find it sweeter and more umami than Kubota.
This Jun Dai-spec brand also has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and umami flavor.
My great-grandfather who lived in Niigata was fond of this brand, and I feel its history.
