@New Zealand (Hyogo Prefecture)
I was attracted by the name and bought it for New Year's.
I don't think it has that much of a ginjo aroma.
If you drink it lukewarm, you can feel the sweetness of rice, which is typical of Niigata.
Good as a food sake.
(Probably) the last sake of 2025🍶.
It has a moderate and mild aroma, acidity and umami, and a refreshing feeling from the first impression. It has a crisp mouthfeel that goes well with meals.
Sake with a strong umami flavor, as is typical of Niigata sake.
I drank something called "dashiwari" for the first time, but the umami ✖️ is so good that you can drink it as much as you want!
The Swiss guy next to me at the counter.
He speaks very good Japanese!
First time to Hokkaido and to Hakodate!
Tomorrow we will take the ferry from Tomakomai to Akita ⛴️
Then to Sakata, Yamagata and Sendai!
She has a grandmother living in Tokyo!
I introduced her to Marutoma Shokudo in Tomakomai and Eiraku Shokudo in Akita.
The master recommended this sake to this person, so I had it too!
It is another brand of Asahiyama from the brewery that produces Kubota!
This is only the third time I've had it!
It's al-soke.
I think it's relatively dry.
The opposite of the sweetness of Jyushiyo!
The Swiss guy has also left, and we chatted with the master for a while.
Well, it's time for me to go home.
I look forward to working with you again next year.
Have a happy New Year!

I bought it a while ago and stored it carefully in my wine cellar. I'm going to have it as a cold recovery gift. It has a sweetness reminiscent of white peach juice with a delicious acidity that adds a kick. It has a dangerous taste that you can drink as much as you want. It is a dessert. Be careful how you drink it and not too much.
