Aroma of rice and a slight but fruity ginjo aroma. Aroma of alcohol is also quite present.
Slightly refreshing and easy to drink, with a lingering bitterness and alcohol taste.
Easy to pair with food, but the flavor seemed to disappear.
The price is not cheap, so I don't think I would repeat it...
I still have some left, so I'll heat it up!

I tasted it at the Niigata Antenna Shop in Ginza 😊.
It's very tasty and fruity with a strong acidity ✨.
The fruity taste is like a peach and almost no sake-like taste, so even those who don't like sake can enjoy it very much. ☺️

I wanted to buy it but this year's shipment is sold out at this antenna shop😭.

I started Sake no Wa last November and found myself on my 100th post 😆 lol.
Since this is a milestone, I opened a bottle of sake that I received ✨.
The aroma is really beautiful and has a nice fruity smell to it.
The mouthfeel is also really beautiful, soft, clear and fresh ✨.
The taste is also really clear, but you can really taste the soft umami of the rice, accompanied by just the right amount of acidity and sweetness.
The rest of the taste has the crispness that is typical of Niigata sake, and there is no cloying taste, but a sense of unity. It's amazing ✨.
It was a bottle that allowed me to feel satisfied that I was drinking a good sake 😆.
