Long time no see, spring haze
The smell is so sweet!
I drank it...
What's that? It's drier than I thought it would be.
Green apple-like taste behind the bitterness
I usually drink sweet wine.
so this is new to me.
I drank it after Shinta Kachio.
so it feels even drier than before.
Haruka was the last one at Shinseki-san.
The aroma is fresh and the taste is sweet with a hint of sourness, so the aftertaste is refreshing.
So it is easy to match with meals and can also be enjoyed as a stand-alone drink.
We had it at the beginning of spring, but it can be enjoyed in summer as well.
I wonder if it's the yeast used in the brewery, "Kameyama yeast", that makes it so tasty only in Haruka 🌸.
The seventh and final type of the day.
I wonder if this is Junmai Ginjo.
It is refreshing and also has a nice sharpness.
It has some gas and sweetness.
It is quite good.
Rice: Misato Nishiki
Yeast: Kameyama yeast (isolated from the brewery)
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15
Kuririn is a series brewed with district-designated Misato Nishiki from the town of Misato, Akita. The name "Kuririn" is written "Ritsurin". I am sure because I heard it at a sake brewery. The sake brewery reads it as Kuribayashi.
Fresh ginjo aroma on the top of the nose. The balance of umami acidity and bitterness is voluminous.
There is a slight gasiness, and the sweetness and dryness are slightly dry, crisp, and delicious. 😋😋😋😋
A beautiful sake good for a mealtime drink 🍶.
Priced at 2,850 yen without tax. The taste and price are good🙆I have been a fan since I visited the brewery this summer.
