Business trip to Osaka.
Next up...
I drank this one in Shibuya a while ago and enjoyed it 😁.
It's sweet like a banana that sticks to your tongue.
I have to give a lecture tomorrow.
This is the last one for today. Unfortunately, I was only there for 45 minutes 😭

Akita Purchased at a liquor store
The other day, I had my first 2-day weekend in a long time, so I took a drive to Akita 🚗It had been 2 years since I looked back 😊I had to buy some sake since I was there 🍶.
Personally, Akita's sake is Haruka☘️
I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I can't find it in my neighborhood....
I couldn't find it even in Akita city, so I looked around for a while and finally bought it 💰.
This time I bought the standard green label 🟢.
Opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋.
The label on the back says it's a food sake, but both the mouthfeel and the sweetness are very subtle and very tasty on their own 😊.
It has a slight petitiveness that makes it easy to drink 👍Great balance of sweetness and sourness.
Tastes like a personal image of spring haze🤔.
This is a taste I like a lot!
Thanks for the treat 😋.
I'm still looking forward to exploring this one! Harukaze!
Good morning, chilled tomatoes😃.
I'm sure it's a nice drive to Akita 🤗It's quite a distance, isn't it? But it looks like fun to visit the liquor stores in Akita 😄I haven't tried Harukasumi yet but I would like to 😙.
Good evening Jay & Nobby 🌇.
Akita was also a fun place to visit liquor stores 🎉.
But be careful, many liquor stores are not open on Sundays 🤔If you see Haruka-san, please do!
I'm sure you'll love it 😊.
Gorgeous aroma like green apple🍏🌸The rice flavor comes slowly in the mouth, followed by bitterness, acidity, and astringency without being unpleasant 🤤A little bitterness remains after passing through the throat, but it is not too harsh 😋.
Akita's junmai sake is on a different level! Leveci.
Why is it so easy to drink? As a junmai ginjo lover, I want to solve the mystery.
Fruity and easy to drink. I wonder if it is characterized by its modest aroma and soft mouthfeel. It has a well-balanced sweetness and acidity with the umami of rice, making it perfect for sashimi. It would also go well with grilled fish. The aftertaste is refreshing (important).

I'm in Tokyo today😅
I've been on a business trip for a while and haven't been to the head office in a while...
Visited a restaurant recommended by a colleague 😄.
This one is for heated sake. For those who prefer cold sake, try this one 👈.
It's a thick, sticky, sweet, and good-tempered autumn sake. ☝️
Harukasumi Chestnut Label Yellow Yamadanishiki
A cup that goes from umami to bitterness and sourness.
I thought it was sweet because of the chestnut image.
but after drinking it, you can feel a refreshing acidity.
The more food is added, the more the umami is enhanced.
It's slightly sweet and fruity, but disappears quickly before I can think of what fruit type it is. Maybe white grapes...? It's like clean water, or a pale image, with great clarity. It has a slight fizzy feeling when opened.
It's refreshing and perfect for an autumnal sake. It went great with maitake mushrooms (just roasted and sprinkled with salt). Delicious.
The firm umami and the slight gasiness on the palate are refreshing.
Combined with the label, the image is of ears of rice, the shade of a tree, and a cool brook.
I enjoyed it while thinking back on how hot it was this year. I enjoyed it while thinking back on how hot it was this year,
