It is so fizzy that you would think it was sparkling.
Fresh, but the sweetness is soft, mild and silky.
Pitchy, but naturally sweet like sugar cane.
First spring haze
The sake I usually drink is too fruity, but this one has a light, slightly carbonated, refreshing taste.
It tastes like green apple.
The bitterness that lingers lightly in the back of the throat does not linger too long.
What to drink with it?
Deep fried maha goby caught by father and son on Sunday!

The impact of the No. 6 yeast may be pulling you in, but the mouthfeel is fruity and the little bit of gas is very delicious. ☺️
And I think the lingering bitterness is also the taste of sake while feeling its sweetness!
This sake is full of No. 6's gorgeousness and deliciousness, and it was a mistake to drink it on Sunday night (lol)!
I bought it at Takadome Sake Shop when I visited Yokote.
The ogara-mi of Harukasumi's No. 6 yeast is available in the market, but the draft version is only available at Takadome Sake Shop.
It is easy to drink with the fruity taste of the No. 6 yeast in the mild and refreshing mouthfeel that is typical of Harukasumi.

It also has a freshness or a slight gaseous taste that is typical of nama-shu.
It is a complex yet delicious sake.
The sweetness stands out when paired with a meal, making it easy to drink.
The first thing that catches the eye is the label - it evokes nostalgia. I have visited Mt. Chokaisan several times and it is truly a beautiful mountain.
The balance of sweetness, umami, and astringency is exquisite. Fresh and mellow flavor. Delicious!

I like the clean, fluffy taste.
The dish of the day was fried horse mackerel. It went well with the oil and I enjoyed it.
