Spring is coming, so I'm buying the perfect label (laughs).
I thought I'd drink it slowly while preparing snacks, since it was meant to be a food sake.
But when I put it in my mouth, it was surprisingly light and easy to drink sake!
The sharp aftertaste of the sake lingers on the tongue, but it is so easy to drink that it is so tasty that you will be asking for the next one right away.
The fact that it becomes easier to drink after being exposed to air for a bit also makes it even easier to drink🍶.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Yes, it is! It was an enchanting time of the first drink after overcoming the time of expectation and anxiety after buying it... (laugh)
This time we were right and it was a wonderful time 🌟.
Harukaze Chestnut Label, White
Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake Komachi 720ml.
This is my first time to drink Harukasumi.
I had heard the name from NEXT5, but 💦 I thought the Kuri-Label was very tasty.
I heard a rumor that the chestnut label was very tasty.
I heard a rumor.
It was already the most delicious ❤️
I regret not drinking it before.
It was so good ❤️
Good morning, Chienowa: ☀️
First spring haze ❣️
This chestnut labeled Hakusei is so delicious 🎶 probably one of the best chestnut labeled Harukasumi's 😆.
Good sake choice👍
I was expecting a classic junmai sake, but it turned out to be quite modern.
Slightly chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili
Mild sweetness, followed by fruity fresh acidity.
The label on the back says it's supposed to be served with food.
but it can also be enjoyed on its own.
Pairing: Flounder with sweet and sour vegetable sauce
This is Harukasumi Hana-Label Junmai from Kuribayashi Shuzo Brewery, Misato-machi, Senboku-gun, Akita Prefecture.
It is made from 100% Misato Nishiki produced in Akita Prefecture and brewed with Kameyama yeast.
It is a delicious sake with a gorgeous spring-like aroma, a delicious flavor of rice, and a refreshing acidity.
It also has a gentle aftertaste after drinking.
Fresh green apple aroma🍏🌺.
In the mouth, the aroma spreads with a fresh gasiness, and the slightly stronger acidity brings it all together. ☺️The fact that it is not too assertive is typical of Haruka🌁and Haruka is still delicious🥰.
Gorgeous flower labels for the coming of spring. 🌸
It is a mild sake that is not overly sweet and can be easily matched with meals. It is a sake that will allow you to spend a relaxing time while drinking it deliciously. 🍶
Sake should be warmed up, and the snacks should be grilled squid.
It has long been said that with good sake, any snack is good.
I love Harukasumi with hot yakko, warmed sake. I don't need to give you my wild opinion.
I think it's a local sake, or maybe it's more umami than the sake for dealers. The umami with a hint of sweetness and acidity is irresistible.
