Purchased on a trip to Aomori with a stopover in Hachinohe. The aroma is imperceptible, and when you put it in your mouth, it goes down your throat with a pungent taste.
I drank it from snow-cooled to cool-cooled and found the snow-cooled one to be more delicious. It is a new sake that is easy to drink.

Yesterday, I bought a bottle of Ras 1 at a liquor store in Hachinohe. It was bottled this month and was served at temperatures ranging from hana-yomi (flower-cooled) to cool-cooled.
It is not fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the stimulation in the back of your throat and the lingering aftertaste in your nose. It has no habit and is easy to drink. Delicious 😋.

I got it today at a liquor store that I go to! It was so good that I am sure to repeat it. It is a well-balanced taste that surpasses Eikun orange, which is fruity but has a sourness that goes down your throat.

I bought a recommended summer dry wine at a liquor store in Matsumoto. About two weeks after opening the bottle, the acidity felt on the tongue faded and the spiciness in the back of the throat and the sweetness felt on the tongue afterward remained. It might be better to drink it soon after opening the bottle.
