This sake came out last December, and I had given up on it because I couldn't get a four-pack in Tokyo, but I saw a notice on Instagram that Ringo no Hana in Yotsuya-sanchome had it in stock, so I had a drink right away 🍶.
The first aroma is soft and sweet like honey.
It has a mild sweetness with a hint of richness in the mouth and finishes cleanly.
I wonder if this mellowness is due to the fact that it has been aged for half a year.
It's so good 🤔.
I will definitely buy it next year 🍶✨.
