I went to AQE yesterday, but I drank too much and don't remember much, so instead I'll tell you what I drank recently...
First, Sato Takumi, a sake named after the head brewer of Hato Masamune.
The nose has a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, the beautiful acidity typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast, followed by a slight bitterness and a full-bodied umami flavor, and it finishes quickly.
The third picture shows Mr. Inamoto, president of Hato Masamune, giving the toast.
The fourth picture shows the special junmai Hanabukiyuki on the left and the second junmai ginjo Hanasoumai from the left.
I asked Mr. Sato about it and he told me that it was a limited edition sake and not sold in Aomori.
The Hanasou was delicious🍶.
I didn't get a picture of Mr. Sato 😅.
I talked a lot with Mr. Sato and I don't remember how it happened, but he even gave me his business card, which made me so happy 😂.
It was a good memory.
I don't remember much though 😂.

The top aroma is modest, but it has a refreshing apple-like aroma.
In the mouth, the refreshing acidity and sweetness match each other for a refreshing taste.
The sweetness was less pronounced than the Aomori yeast brewed Sato Kikki we just drank the other day, perhaps due to the acidity.
It was delicious🍶.
I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the sake or not, but I'll try it again.
