dorankdoragonA "sake party" 🍶🎵 with other sake lovers Here is the second bottle I brought 😉. Sake from Ehime 🍶. I was curious about this one because it won the highest gold medal in the "Delicious Sake in a Glass of Wine Award 2020" 🍷. Fruity and mild aroma reminiscent of Ehime mandarin oranges 🎵. Soft and easy to drink✨ Definitely sweet and tart like a white wine 😄. Wish I had brought my wine glass 😭

手乗り文鳥🌾Ayumi rice 🅰️14 degrees Purchased at Omishima Shoppers. It is a stable Ehime sake with a subtle flavor and is easy to drink without the harsh taste of alcohol even though it is a honjozo sake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

SakyaDark, rice amazing... I thought Junmai Dry was not my taste, so I don't often buy it myself. At first it was cold and I felt the rice to the fullest! It goes well with the sweetness of the sweet potatoes on the menu. It would go well with horse sashimi, but I think it would also go well with toro or something warm and sweet. When I heated it up, it became mellow and easy to drink. It's totally fine on its own!

The aroma of peach-like open fruit aroma is followed by melon aroma with iron flavor, and then it is cut off dry. The vibrant and flamboyant aroma coexists with the delicious taste of rice.
