けいけいThe standing aroma is apricot and tangerine? Nuance. The cute sweetness and mouthfeel of the aroma as it is, and the acidity and gasiness at the back end, brewed with white malted rice, give it an exquisite balance. It was my favorite of all the Saga sakes I tasted. Budding and SPRING SUN were also delicious. I had the impression that the sweetness remained a little after the bottle was opened and the gassiness was gone, but it might have been better if it was warmed up to lukewarm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought it at WINE &sake ITO.

さんちゃんHigashitsuru Shuzo "Higashitsuru THE ORIGIN Yamadanishiki The taste is sweet and juicy, with a hint of rice flavor, and is the very definition of Yamada-Nishiki. The lingering finish is long but not heavy and refreshing.

新丸子屋This year's Budding Blossom has a refined rice flavor and sweetness, and the aroma is fresher than usual, making it closer to the ideal product for a spring sake. The rice used for the sake is Saga no Hana and Reihou, with a milling ratio of 60%, and k14 and k1801 yeast. It is sweet and you can feel the fizz. It was served well chilled. Fresh gasiness. Refreshing and refreshing. Delicious harmony of acidity and sweetness ✨. This is the kind of sake that women would love. Sake is a great choice 🤤 for this sake because the sea bream is too good to resist!

のちをFarewell party! The nigori we drank the day before was so good that we thought we would try again, but we were served something else. I thought I would be served the same thing. It was made with white malted rice instead of red malted rice. I found Mio Pink, which is also made with red koji, in the target products. It is low-alcoholic and refreshing, so I killed it instantly. I got the impression that it did not go well with meat.
