I think Tsururei is one of the best sake that you can never go wrong with🤗.
I thought I have encountered it before, but this was my first encounter with Aizan 😅I think it is a mellow, full-bodied sake with a refreshing taste with a hint of rice flavor 😋.
For snacks, I bought Tochio's fried bean curd, which was on sale at the store, and had it with green onions and soy sauce.
While we had the snacks, we had several refills of the same Tsururei 😅.
There were other Tsururei, but Aizan only 🤭.
I envy that there is a restaurant like [Agurashi] in Nihonbashi area😃.

みきっき<The rice used for this sake is "Aizan," which is known as the diamond of rice, polished to 57%, and stored in a snow cellar after being once fire-quenched in a pastiller. The richness and robust mouthfeel typical of Tsururei are well balanced by the acidity. It is an elegant sake with Tsururei's character and Aizan's character.
宵桜蒼Tsururei Tokubetsu Junmai Nama-no-Genshu
The aroma is vinegared iso-type ☺️
The mouthfeel is faint banana🍌, and as you drink it, you can taste the dark caramel-like flavor coming out! 😊
The aftertaste is sour and bitter, and it seems to be getting sharp.
I have the impression that it has a more robust flavor than the Jungin I drank before? I want to compare them next time 🥰.

Tsururei 2550 yen, Kirakucho 2700 yen, Kamo Kanehide 2680 yen.
Of the three, Tsururei is the most mellow, and Kamo Kanehide is fresh and unpasteurized even though it is fire-aged!
We promise you will not regret drinking any of them!
のぐおさんThere are many delicious Niigata sake, but I think Tsururei is my favorite among them!
I bought it on impulse because there was a bottle of raw sake!
It has a strong umami flavor and is still delicious!

I drank this one to rehydrate after falling asleep lightly after my bath. By the time I arrived at the banquet hall, it was more than half gone 💧.
A gathering of 11 drinkers including the owner and his wife, well, awesome😆.
No snacks since it was before dinner, but this one is perfect for drinking on its own.
