I'm revisiting this Sake because the Sake store I go to did not have anything new. I do enjoy the juicy mouth feel and the light finish. The ripe apple flavor is refreshing and tasty.
Even the store owner knows I like Mutsuhassen. 😋

This Sake is mellow and well rounded. Not too sweet, not too dry, 'just right' ... for my taste. A gentle sweetness of melon with hints of strawberry and apple. This is lovely! 🥰
I can understand why this is number 1 in Iwate.
