This Sake is light and full of effervescence. The cap flew off when peeling off the cover. 😮 The mouth feel is light and full of micro bubble effervescence. It has a very short clean taste and finish. There are earthy flavors of pear and peach but it does not last long. I need to keep drinking to confirm the taste. 🤪

This Sake is crisp and light. It has a good bit of dryness and a floral aroma. It has sweetness and a light flavor of green apple. The finish is short and clean. Very nice! 😃
