It has a light alcohol taste, but it is easy to drink without being cloying.
There was a time when Kumamoto's sake was called Bishonen 🥹.

Now, the last order. Mutsu Hachisen Junmai Ginjo. I couldn't take a picture of the bottle because the pouring area was crowded. Mutsu Hachisen is a good sake after all, and perfectly suited to Mofuriito's tastes. It would have been quite a grand way to end the evening, though.

Chiebijin Junmai Sake. It is one of the best sake in Kyushu. It is delicious. Although it is junmai, it tastes sweet and sour and light, and is very easy to drink.
When I was about to pour this one, another customer asked me, "Can I have that one too? I was happy to pour it and at the same time relieved that I did not choose a different kind of sake.

Tenpyo Junmai Ginjo. It is our favorite sake. It is a surprise that this sake is made in Kagoshima. It is really a refreshing and deep-flavored sake.
