Tsukiyoshi's green. So I went with the green Satsuma Kiriko.
The shopkeeper said that if Mikotsuru's Sankeishiki is apple-like, this one is more like Muscat.
It's a little sour. There is a little sourness, but the sweetness stands out.
It's true, if you say it's muscat, it's muscat-like and refreshing.
It's delicious.

It's hard to find sake from Nagano, so I'd like to try it. The green Satsuma Kiriko is so chic!

Hi t.arai, nice to meet you. Where are you from? Sake in Nagano Prefecture is also interesting because each region has its own characteristics. I have the impression that Ueda's sake is mostly sweet and fruity.
Since we are drinking at home, I would like to enjoy the sake cups as well. I'm going to spend a lot of money.

Good evening. I'm in neighboring Gunma. I'm on a tour of non-local sake. Nagano is a big place, so it seems there are many different kinds of sake.
As you say, I want to drink it with a good bowl and good snacks.

t.arai, are you from the next prefecture? When I go out drinking, I mainly drink sake from outside the prefecture. Even within the prefecture, there are some sakes that are not widely distributed outside the area, so I don't know much about them. It's like I learned about it from a post on Sake no Wa.
