It is truly a Kamikigen "Kamikaze"! Today's special upbeat mood: ⤴️ Slight ginjo aroma, a little bit strong acidity, and a good balance of sweetness. This sake is distributed almost exclusively in Sanda City, but I bought it at Hamadaya in Kobe. It seems that Chidori Masamune is also available at Aeon and Okuwa in Sanda City. Aeon is very proactive when it comes to sake breweries in the area, isn't it? Aeon in Ibaraki has a lot of Nakao Sake Brewery's sake. There is another sake brewery in Sanda, Yasui Sake Brewery, but they don't brew their own sake anymore. It's deep in the mountains in Sanda, so you have to drive or take a bus to get there. It's near the outdoor activity center where I went when I was in the first grade of junior high school. It's a very small brewery. Terroir Female head brewer They make red rice sake. Special press (metal plate between sake bags) There are many things to see and do. It doesn't say, but according to the official website and an article in the Kobe Shimbun, it's unfiltered. I wonder if it has a banana-type sweetness. Is it rice juice? It has a strong rice flavor, almost like rice juice. Surprisingly, it has sweetness and acidity, but it is quite heavy. The store mainly sells Hyogo sake, but they also carry Kuroryu, Kamikigen, Popular Ichi, Banjo Kotobuki, Yukino Kayasha, and others. It's been a long time since I had a drink under the name of Kuroryu. It has a banana aroma. It is delicious with a rich sweet flavor. I think this is the sweetest of all the Kuroryu brands.
