bouken
This is the first sake of Banjo Kotobuki which restarted brewing in Namie. It has a strong aroma of rice. It is a little sweet and a little spicy. The overall balance is well balanced and flat, but there is a glimpse of roughness. It is more refreshing than I expected.
The expression "sea man's sake" fits it perfectly.
