Almost colorless and transparent. The full-bodied aroma reminds one of rice, white dumplings, and apples. There is also a faint odor of alcohol. The aroma is strong. Smooth mouthfeel. Soon after, there is a sharp bitterness. Sourness drifts in gradually. There are hints of apple. It leaves an astringent aftertaste, but it is sharp and has a short aftertaste. Sake with a fragrance.
