It doesn't say so, but this brewery's motto is "no filtration, no watering", so it's probably unfiltered undiluted sake. It is so fruity and beautiful that it is hard to believe it is Yamahai. It is a modern style sake.

A nama-shu version of the sake served at the Nobel Prize. The rice is probably Yume Nishiki. It has freshness and a little sweetness, but the spiciness of the aftertaste is noticeable. It tastes just like I imagined.

空蔵の新商品です。結構ガス強め。従来の空蔵とは別物だね。ガス→甘み→苦味。従来の空蔵のほうがいいかな?

久し振りに飲みました。少しガス感あってかなりフルーティー。色んなフルーツの味が入り混じってるよう。口に含んだ時は重めだけど最後はふわっとしてる。
