This may be my first Black Label. It has both a solid taste and drinkability, and the wind is amazing.
Octopus and myoga with wasabi and soy sauce.
It's getting crowded. I like that it's dark inside and bright outside at this time of the day. Summer is called dusk. It's nice.
White malted rice. Refreshing sourness. It blows away the gloomy feeling of the day. This sourness may be unique among Fukushima sake. I like it.
The snack is thinly sliced mako flounder.
Thank you for your hard work this week!
It's so refreshing and perfect for summer evenings. I think it goes well with the time of day when it is still light outside, like now. It is gentle, so the second and third cups are better than the first. It is a pleasant early summer weather in Tokyo today.
Good luck this week! My first drink. It's a very refreshing and solid drink. It's refreshing and firm. With shirasu (baby sardine) soaked in soy sauce.
It's been a while since Izumikawa. It's quite dry. Fukushima's sake is generally soft, so maybe that's why it's so distinctive. With garland chrysanthemum salad!
Good night! It has been raining ☂️ a bit in Shibuya.
This Miyazumi is powerful and different from the usual. I wonder if it is the influence of Yuyamanishiki?
The snack is scallops with vinegared miso. It's slightly seared. It goes well with sake!
There is a strong standing aroma. The return aroma is not so strong. It's strange, isn't it?
The butterbur sprouts in white soy sauce were just right to my liking. Every time you bite into it, the flavor comes out.
Can you feel the bubbles? It's very tight.
The taste is mild and can be used not only as a toast, but also as an in-between-dinner drink. I would say it is a light nigori that is easy to drink. It is a very easy to use (and delicious) sake.
This is the Hanazumi Shuzo of Romain. Compared to Satsuki Romain, there are some parts that are a bit gruff. I guess it's the unfiltered raw sake character. But still, it has this sinking liquid....
Liquid that is probably easier to drink than water. Closer to body composition? No, no. But it goes in easily, is gorgeous, and goes well with food. My favorite.
I have paired it with fried Manganji peppers and baby sardines.
It's raining... Today's first drink is this one. It has a strong flavor, yet is smooth and easy to drink. It has a strong aftertaste. It goes well with the first drink, but it would also go well with nuts.
You taste like chocolate liqueur. There's no chocolate in it, right?
Still, it's strange that it doesn't feel strange with a regular dish.
This week is also sashimi and pak choi salad!
